1933. He studied Music in Trossingen. His coposition-teachers were Prof.
Hugo Herrman and Prof. Bernhard Rövenstrunck. Pilsl composes orchestralmusic
(e.g. three concertos for guitar and orchestra) chambermusic for various
combinations, Quintets for guitar and strings as well as a quite a number
of soloworks for guitar.
